About the designer

HELLO…

Malcolm Saul is the grandson of the late Fred Loads MBE, founder member of BBC's 'Gardeners' Question Time'. He was born into a rich horticultural heritage and from birth was surrounded and inspired by the love of gardening. He qualified in horticulture at The Hertfordshire College of Horticulture where he studied alongside Alan Titchmarch. His long career in commercial horticulture and landscaping has included managing tree and shrub nurseries, running a large Cheshire Garden Centre and many years hands-on garden construction. Malcolm is now a leading garden designer specialising in creating virtual gardens that grow in the real world.
